Where are you in your social work journey?

Choose where you are today — each path takes you straight to the supports made for you.

For social work students

Walk into practicum feeling prepared

The gap between the classroom and the counselling room is real. These supports help you bridge it before your first day with clients.

  • Practicum preparation — what agencies expect and how to show up with confidence
  • Applied Practice Labs — interviewing, assessment and documentation skills, practised hands-on
  • Mentorship — a Registered Clinical Social Worker in your corner as you find your footing
  • Career development — résumés, interviews and planning your path into the profession

Why extra support now pays off

  • Enter practicum with real skills, not just theory — less anxiety, more confidence
  • Stand out to agencies and employers with hands-on practice experience
  • Avoid common first-placement mistakes with a mentor who's been there
  • Build professional habits and connections before you graduate

For emerging social workers

Grow from new graduate to confident practitioner

The first years of practice shape everything that follows. Mentorship, applied training and community help you build judgment, not just experience.

Why extra support now pays off

  • Protect yourself from burnout with sustainable practice habits from day one
  • Meet registration and supervision expectations with support, not guesswork
  • Belong to a community, so you never have to figure it out alone
