Founder & Lead Educator
Ako is a Registered Clinical Social Worker, educator, clinical leader and mentor in Alberta. Her experience across direct practice, counselling, teaching, supervision, program development and student learning inspired the Academy.
It grew from a simple belief: future and practising helping professionals deserve opportunities not only to learn what to do, but to develop the confidence, judgment, reflection and practical skills to do the work well.
